Maurice Heinz
Maurice Heinz is the founder and managing director of XQUENT. He holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, with additional MBA education at Lund University (Sweden) and Boston University (USA). Maurice began his professional career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in North America, followed by advisory roles at Theron Advisory Group in Germany and leadership positions in the global Strategy, M&A, and Private Equity practice group at Accenture, where he led projects and transactions across Europe, North America, and Asia.
With 20 years of experience, Maurice Heinz assists national and international investment firms with deal origination and execution, particularly in Europe and German-speaking markets, where he is a recognized expert across multiple sectors. His expertise also includes leading operational value creation, carve-out initiatives, and integration programs within portfolio companies.
Moreover, he supports founders and management teams throughout the emotional and often complex journey of finding the right partner and executing transactions—ranging from company exits and leading investment rounds to identifying strategic opportunities for joining companies.
